1. Consultation Cancellations

Cancellation Timeline

  • More than 7 days before session: Full refund of session fee
  • 3–7 days before session: 50% refund of session fee
  • Less than 3 days before session: No refund; payment retained
  • No-show (without 48-hour notice): No refund; payment retained

How to Cancel

To cancel a session, contact us by email at info@forcennforceer.world or by phone at +44 20 7946 0958 as soon as possible. Cancellation is effective upon receipt of your request.

2. Programme Refunds

Multi-Session Packages

For our Complete Programme (3-session package) and other packages:

  • If you cancel before your first session, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If you cancel after your first session, refunds are calculated on a per-session basis according to the timeline above.
  • Once a session has been completed, no refund is issued for that session.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Downloadable guides and materials (once delivered)
  • Completed consultations or sessions
  • Recordings or transcripts of sessions (if applicable)

5. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session rather than cancel, please contact us with at least 7 days' notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new date and time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that circumstances change. If you face unexpected hardship, illness, or emergency, please contact us to discuss your situation. We may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may have additional rights under UK consumer law. For more information, see the Citizens Advice website or contact your local Trading Standards office.

8. Disputes

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly refused or processed, please contact us immediately at info@forcennforceer.world. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
